The best way to lose weight is to eat healthy i.e. one should eat fruits, vegetables, meat, salad. The important point is that one should not eat fried foods which means that we should avoid fries, soft drinks etc.
If you want to lose weight faster, you’ll need to eat less and exercise more, but that does not mean skipping meals! Drink plenty of water as well and try to have smaller quantities but regularly. You can try to have smaller meals with salad or fruits or dry fruits like almonds or walnuts. Losing weight needs a lot of self control!
