      Hi annareed890,

      I like many parts of my job – but my favourite is probably that it’s different nearly every day. I get to explore different ideas and carry out lots of different experiments and I also do lots of things outside the lab such as editing articles, writing blogs and producing content for our Facebook page. So one day is never the same, making it very hard to get bored 🙂

      I love that its a lot like this:

      People come up to me and say “how do I make an explosion” or “what shape are pine trees”, or “What would a real fire breathing dragon look like”?

      The artists want to make all sorts of crazy things, and its up to the team of scientists, engineering and programmers that work with them to figure out how to make that real. I get to study all sorts of crazy things, and then use my technical skills to provide animators with the tools to make it appear on screen.
