  I don’t think my work affects my home life – I try to avoid taking work home with me, if I have a lot to do, I’ll stay at work later.
  
  But science in general does affect my normal life as I’m always looking things up or blogging about science – it’s what I enjoy!

  Yes sometimes things at home clash with work. For instance if there is a family commitment on the same day as a deadline! but to balance both needs one to be mature and very planned and organised. Actually that can become a challenge, but it’s worthwhile, and one feels very confident at the end of it.
