• Question: have you come up with successful methods of losing weight?

      Hi oliviia
      I have not yet come up with a way to lose weight. although it is recommended that one eats healthy such as vegetables, meat, fruits, dry fruits. Oily foods, fries and excess meat should be avoided. Exercise is also essential at the same time. For people under the age of 18 years, an hours exercise is recommended.
      What is important when losing weight is that one should eat controlled quantities and eat smaller meals at regular intervals. this would also mean that if you are having 2 sandwiches for lunch make that to 1.5 sandwiches. However, this wouldn’t mean that you skip meals!! Maybe having a yogurt of some dry fruits or salad in between meals are good options.
