The best way to lose weight is to eat healthy. It is not healthy to lose weight very quickly as it harmful to the body. the first thing to remember while losing weight is that don’t give up eating, it does more harm than good! Instead just rectify your diet, eat more fruits, vegetables, meat, milk and try to cut down on fatty foods, fries, soft drinks…
And last but not the least—EXCERCISE!!! 🙂
