• Question: in years to come, do you think that we may have robot butlers?

      Sort of, but they won’t look like a person.

      While a human shape isn’t a bad way of getting things done in a human based world, we don’t need one robot butler to do all our tasks. Its much more likely we’ll have machines to do all the tasks, with each being specialised to one task.

      Think of all the jobs a servant might have done in the past. Wash my clothes would be one such task, and a washing machine is really a clothes washing robot! Chop up some food to make dinner with: food processor.

      Yes, I think so! It reminds me of the cartoon series ‘the Jetsons’!

      I think we’ll definitely have robots we can program to carry out butler-like duties – but I don’t know if we’ll actually use them though!
