  I’ve never heard this before….unless you have a twin no one will look exactly like you. Your genes are unique, coming from your parents so no one else will have them – even siblings look different as they will have a different set of your parents genes. It’s possible that people that look a bit like you are out there by chance – I’m frequently told I look like other people!
