      Theoretically, if your a sub-atomic particle.

      However it only works on a few particles at a time, so sending something big (and by big I mean anything other than tiny), would be almost impossible.

      Yes – definitely! You can quite easily travel forward in time. Just jump on a spaceship that’s going very fast and time will travel slower for you than for people back at home on Earth. When you return you’ll be far in the future of Earth! This is because of Einstein’s (special) theory of relativity, which says that if you move faster through space, you move slower through time!

      Travelling backwards in time is more tricky. If you could travel back in time, you might accidentally kill one of your ancestors, which would mean you could never have existed! Most physicists think that this shouldn’t be allowed, so travelling backwards in time is forbidden.
