      I didn’t think it was as hard as the other A levels I did. The good thing about maths A level is it’s all quite logical. And if you don’t get on with your teacher it doesn’t matter too much, because you can learn it just as well from a book!

      Unfortunately maths A level is a bit boring. The further maths course is much more exciting (you actually get to do some cool maths that real mathematicians use)!

      But if you’re interested in maths you should really read some books to get a feel for what people really do. Most of the time it doesn’t involve sums or algebra! My favourite book about this is called “Mathematics: The New Golden Age” by Keith Devlin. It’s quite cheap on Amazon!
