Love is when you become emotionally attached to someone and would do a lot for them to make them happy. Scientists are still trying to find out why we love, but it has been found that our body releases certain chemicals and hormones when we feel love as an emotion and certain parts of our brain are activated – so it’s not just our heart that’s affected!

      Hi ellemay

Love is that feeling that you get when you see someone you really really like. You get lost in their thoughts, you find yourself distracted while you are studying! 😉 and want to be with them all the time. These special feelings that I have described are the first stage of love. We feel like this because our hormones make us feel so, they make us behave differently and cause us to think differently than the way we normally would. This is because these hormones also act on our brain!! Seems like love isn’t just a matter of the heart but also of the brain!
