      Hello sana

Everyone has dreams, only some remember them better than others. There are different phases of sleep, we get most of our dreams in a phase called REM sleep, which means rapid eye movement. This is called so because if you see a person in this phase you can actually see that his eyes are moving whilst he is asleep. The brain is really active in this phase and we tend to remember most of what we dream. However when dreams happen in other phases of sleep, they are not recollected as well.
